Digital Delivery Policy

This Digital Delivery Policy explains how PitchDeckKits delivers purchased products, what you can expect immediately after checkout, and how to resolve any delivery issues you may experience.

1. How Delivery Works

The delivery process for all PitchDeckKits products works as follows:

1. You complete your purchase on pitchdeckkits.site by entering your details and payment information.
2. Your payment is processed securely by our payment provider.
3. Upon successful payment confirmation, our system automatically generates a secure, unique download link and sends it to the email address you provided at checkout.
4. You open the email, click the download link, and receive your template files immediately.
5. Your files are ready to open in PowerPoint, Keynote, or Google Slides.

2. Delivery Timeframe

In the vast majority of cases, your confirmation email and download link will arrive within 5 to 15 minutes of purchase. In rare cases, email server delays may extend this to up to 60 minutes.

If you have not received your email within 1 hour, please check the following before contacting support:

• Check your spam or junk mail folder.
• Check your Promotions tab (Gmail users).
• Verify that the email address you entered at checkout was correct.
• Add support@pitchdeckkits.site to your contacts or safe senders list.

3. File Formats & Compatibility

Our templates are delivered in formats compatible with the three leading presentation platforms:

• .pptx (PowerPoint) — Compatible with Microsoft PowerPoint on Mac and Windows. Also openable in Google Slides and Keynote.
• .key (Keynote) — For Apple Keynote users on Mac, iPad, and iPhone.
• Google Slides link — A shared template link you can copy to your own Google Drive. Requires a free Google account.

Specific format details for each template are noted on the product page. The Ultimate Bundle includes all format options for all 9 templates.

4. Download Links

Download links are unique to your purchase and for your personal use only:

• Links are associated with your purchase record for security.
• Do not share your download link — doing so violates your licence under our Terms & Conditions.
• We recommend saving your template files locally or to your cloud storage immediately after downloading.
• If your link expires or becomes inaccessible, email us and we will issue a new link within 1 business hour.

5. Lifetime Access

All purchases include lifetime access to the product you purchased:

• Future updates or improvements to your purchased template are included at no additional charge.
• If our delivery platform changes, your access will be migrated and you will be notified by email.
• We can always re-send your files on request — simply email us with your order details.

6. No Physical Shipping

All PitchDeckKits products are entirely digital. There is no physical item, packaging, or postal delivery of any kind. No shipping address is required at checkout. There are no shipping costs or delivery delays related to physical logistics.

7. Delivery Issues & Support

If you experience any issue with your digital delivery — missing email, broken link, corrupted file, or difficulty opening a file — contact us immediately. We resolve all delivery issues within 1 business hour during operating hours (Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm CET).

To report a delivery issue:

• Email support@pitchdeckkits.site with the subject line “Delivery Issue.”
• Include your name, order email address, and a brief description of the problem.
• Or use our Contact page and select “Download / delivery issue.”

8. Incorrect Email Address

It is your responsibility to provide a valid and accessible email address at checkout. If you entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately with your correct address and proof of purchase. We will re-send your delivery link promptly. We are not liable for non-delivery caused by an incorrect email address entered at checkout.
