No. All templates are ready to customise in PowerPoint, Keynote, or Google Slides. Simply replace the placeholder text and images with your own content. The layouts, typography, and visual design are all pre-built — no design skills required.

A free Google account is all you need for Google Slides. No specialist design software (e.g. Adobe) is required.

Each template includes 15 to 25 fully designed slides covering all key sections for its pitch type. This includes cover slide, table of contents, problem/solution, market analysis, product/service slides, team, financials, and appendix. Blank and section-divider slides are also included for flexibility.

Yes — all elements are fully editable. You can change fonts, swap brand colours, add your logo, replace placeholder images, and adjust any layout element to match your brand identity. Full customisation instructions are included in each template.

Yes. Templates are provided in formats compatible with both Mac and PC. PowerPoint files work on both platforms. Google Slides runs entirely in your browser, so no software installation is needed at all.

Download & Delivery

After your payment is confirmed, you will receive an automated confirmation email with a secure download link within 5–15 minutes. Click the link to download your files. If you don’t see the email, check your spam/junk folder. See our Digital Delivery Policy for full details.

Yes. If your download link expires or you need to re-download your files, simply contact us at support@pitchdeckkits.site with your order details and we will send you a fresh link within 1 business hour.

No. All products are 100% digital. There is no physical product, packaging, or postal delivery of any kind. You receive your files electronically via email within minutes of purchase.

Yes. All purchases include lifetime access, which means if we update or improve a template you’ve already purchased, you’ll receive the updated version at no additional cost. We’ll notify you by email when updates are available.
Payments & Refunds

Prices are listed in Euros (EUR). We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely.

Yes. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all products. Email us at support@pitchdeckkits.site within 14 days of your purchase with your order details and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked. Read our Refund Policy for full details.

Yes. All payments are processed by a PCI-DSS compliant payment provider. We do not store your card details on our servers. All transactions are encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. Your payment information is never shared with third parties.

Technical Support

If you’re having difficulty opening your files, first ensure you have the correct software installed (PowerPoint, Keynote, or Google Slides). If the problem persists, email us at support@pitchdeckkits.site with a description of the issue and we’ll help you resolve it within 1 business hour.

Font rendering differences can occur between operating systems or if a font is not installed. Our templates use widely available system fonts to minimise this issue. If fonts appear different than expected, you can replace them with any system font of your choice in PowerPoint or Keynote. Google Slides handles fonts automatically via the web.

Please follow these steps:
  1. Check your spam or junk mail folder.
  2. Check your Promotions tab if you use Gmail.
  3. Ensure the email address you entered at checkout was correct.
  4. Wait up to 30 minutes — occasional email server delays do occur.
  5. If you still haven’t received it, contact us at support@pitchdeckkits.site with your name and order details and we will resend it immediately.
